As a “thank you” for referring successful candidates, Turner sponsors the Employee Referral Bonus Program.
This program is open to active Turner employees who refer a candidate who is hired by Turner. Candidates must be a first-time hire to a full-time, regular position or a rehire whose break in Turner service is more than 12 months. After the candidate is hired and has successfully completed six months of service, the referring employee is paid a referral bonus. It’s that easy!
