We call it "just-in-time" training. That means you take part in training that matches where you stand in your career. Much of it happens through the Turner Knowledge Network (TKN). TKN is our system for delivering training and sharing valuable information throughout our company. Turner also sponsors many instructor-led courses for both new hires and seasoned professionals.
Turner University, our online campus, is just one important part of TKN. Turner University lets you register for both instructor-led and online courses. You can also track your progress and identify unmet career needs. And Turner University’s library gives you access to the books, videos and other training materials you’ll need to advance your career.
