While it’s only one piece of Turner’s total employment package, we know that competitive compensation is important. We measure our compensation against industry and geographic benchmarks. And we strive to offer our employees something extra.

Base Salary

As you’d expect, your base salary is determined by your job description, qualifications, and years of experience.

End of Year Premium Pay

In addition to base salary, all active regular employees and foremen are eligible for discretionary End of Year Premium Pay. This benefit is a function of salary and service.
