Holly Green"Throughout my 16 years with Turner, I have received assignments,
training and guidance that allowed me to expand my skills and knowledge.
With some of my new assignments I thought “I am not ready for
that”. However looking back, the assignments were perfect opportunities
for me to expand my knowledge and comfort zones and I know other
staff was there to assure I was successful in my position. Most
important for me, Turner has enabled me to build projects that have
a positive impact on the community and I have developed lifelong
friendships with many Turner staff members." |

Steven McKessey "Working for Turner since the age of 18 has afforded me
so many opportunities outside of the various trainings and job assignments.
I’ve been a part of their community outreach as a member of
Youth Force 2020, an ACE mentor, hosted job site tours for high
school students, served as a recruiter and as a teacher of a Turner
School of Construction course. Turner has even supported my goals
outside of work as a President of the professional organization
and the company continues to do so I seek an MBA." |
